Booking policy
If you are booking for the weekend of May - October , we inform you that we will have an event in our facilities, which will end at 2:00 a.m.
Reservation policy:
-Every reservation must count with provided credit card information as guarantee.
-72 Hours prior the arrival date a Check (Hold) will be done to the provided credit card in order to guarantee the payment of the first (or only) night of the reservation.
-Upon arrival the guest can change the credit card or form of payment for his staying, in that case, the previously made Check (Hold) will be released immediately. The refund of the hold can take up to 2 weeks or more, this depends of the bank institution the guest is using.
-This same policy applies to wedding groups and all groups in general.
Cancellation policy:
-Every reservation with no guarantee charge will be cancelled within 72 hours prior arrival date.
-Cancellation within 2 days prior arrival, will be charged with 50% of the total cost of the first night.
-Cancellations made within 24 hours prior arrival, will be charged with 100% of the cost of the first night.
-Same policy applies for wedding groups and all groups in general.

Departure time / Check out: 12:00 PM (noon)
-Cards for late departure:
From 12:01 PM to 1:00 PM 25% off your rate.
From 1:01 PM to 4:00 PM 50% off your rate.
From 4:01 PM onwards 100% on your rate.
- Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
- Cost per adult and / or extra bed is USD $ 25.00 + 8% VAT
